How can I place my order with D2^Spree?
You can download D2's order form here, complete the mandatory fields and mail to us @ d2.spree@gmail.com

How long will I receive confirmation for my order?
D2^Spree Group will responds to you with 48hrs.

How long can I receive the items which I have ordered?
Estimated duration is with 2 weeks to 6 weeks. It has to depends on the spree you have ordered from. You are advised to check your spree status via Spree Update.

I do not know if the measurement suits me, can I get any refund if size does not suit me?
You can write to D2^Spree Group, and we will provide you the suggestion on which size you should be ordering. However, please do consider carefully as D2^Spree Group do not accept any refund.

What is the difference between Local postage and Courier Fee? Why should I pay for 2 charges?
Local Postage is the fee for posting the parcel to you in Singapore. Courier Fee is the fee for importing from Oversea Supplier to Singapore, this charge is fixed as per our table. However local postage may varies as per your parcel weight.

How much is the charges for Local Postage?
For most items will be SGD 1 per pc and additional SGD 2.25 per parcel for Registered article. However, if your parcel exceed 2kgs, Speedpost will be used and charges will be SGD 9.15 per parcel.

How can I receive updated sprees and promotion?
Simply email us and let us know you would like to be in our mailing list.

How long can I receive the in-stock item?
Upon payment made, item will be send to Singpost within 2 days.

Will I get my refund if item I ordered is out-of-stock?
Yes, D2^Spree Group will make the refund to you accordingly if item is not available.

Besides using POSB/DBS bank transfer, is there any other option?
Yes, Please write to us to request for other bank account number to be paid in. Note: D2^Spree do not accept customer using other bank account to transfer to D2^Spree POSB account number.

Can I suggest for other sprees which D2^Spree Group did not organise before?
Yes, Please let us know the Spree which you would want to see in D2^Spree website. Do provide us the URL of the spree.
